Round table around Enzo Mari

19.06.2026, 17:30

A discussion focusing on Enzo Mari (1932-2020), a nowadays legendary Italian designer, architect and illustrator. His critical stance towards consumer society and his commitment to ethical, sustainable design that is accessible to all make him one of the leading figures in 20th-century design.

With Pietro Corraini of Corraini Edizioni, and Emanuele Quinz, co-director of the collections Design/Théories et Médias/Théories aux Presses du réel.

Corraini Edizioni is at once a publishing house, an art gallery, and a space for experimentation and research: an editorial workshop open to Italian and international artists, illustrators, and designers, where books as well as art and design projects are created.

Les Presses du réel is an independent French publishing house and a publishing and distribution company based in Dijon.

The conversation will be moderated by Anniina Koivu, writer and design critic, exhibition curator, and head of the Master Theory program at ECAL ( University of Art and Design Lausanne).

The conversation will be in english and will be followed by an aperitif
