EDITION 2026
In order to extend the artistic experience beyond the museum, each year the MBAL offers for sale an edition by a renowned Swiss artist.
In 2026, complete your collection with a work by Jeanne Jacob and julie b.
Communiqué de presser was created during the eponymous performance that took place on 12 December 2025. The artists engraved 15 A4 sheets, each beginning with a unique sentence and ending with the words ‘la bande de potes’ (the gang of friends).
Once engraved, the 15 works were soaked in Indian ink and then pressed between the two artists’ bodies with a strong embrace. The words, like the gesture, aim to celebrate the powerful bond of friendship.
